Kaleidoscope Coffee ships orders to eligible addresses shown at checkout. Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Qualifying orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping when that offer is available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times shown by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

If your shipment arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue. Damaged or incorrect products are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders when displayed as an option at checkout.
